Designed by Warren Platner in 1966, this stunningly unique range of seating and tables come with sculptural bases of nickel-plated steel rods described as resembling a "shiny sheaf of wheat". Still manufactured today to Platner's original designs by Knoll. Also available with a bronzed nickel frame and an extensive range of fabric and leather upholstery.

Frame: Forms created by vertical steel wire rods welded to circular horizontal and edge-framing rods. Bright nickel finish with clear lacquer protection or painted bronze metallic

Base: Clear plastic extrusion ring for smooth bottom surface

Upholstery: Moulded fibreglass shell with foam cushion quilting. Cushions with latex core and zipper cover attach to seat with Velcro. This item upholstered in Knoll Hopsack Fabric - K120615 Charcoal
